**External Provider Relations Representative**

**Description:** As an External Provider Relations Representative, you will be responsible for serving the provider network of our clients, understanding the contracting processes for various types of providers, and managing documentation and reports. You will also be in charge of conducting visits to healthcare providers.

**Some of the requirements are:**

- Academic degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in the area of healthcare provider services.
- Own vehicle for travel to various locations.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Work is on-site.

**Description:** As the Coding and Premium Optimization Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the work plan in alignment with operational expectations and organizational goals, and for leading and controlling operations through your team.

**Some of the requirements are:**

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration or a related healthcare field from an accredited institution.
- Completed or in-progress certifications as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Risk Coder (CRC) issued by AAPC or AHIMA.
- Five or more years of experience in coding, preferably.
- Three years of experience in team supervision.
